Your user name is usually your first name plus your last name, with NO spaces. i.e. MickeyMouse, not Mickey Mouse.  It is not case sensitive. Your password is e-mailed to you directly when you register online. Your password is case sensitive. That means that "MyPassword2" is not the same as "mYpassWord2".
