Important implications for being a visionary . . .

Implication 1 - A vision for another includes what person can do and who they can become.

Implication 2 -A vision for another person can create pain in the heart of the visionary.

Implication 3 - A vision for another requires discernment.

Implication 4 - A vision for another demands dependence on God.

Implication 5 - A vision for another is motivated by what God is going to do.

Four needs of those whose lives we speak into:

1. They may need to be recognized.
2. They may need to be supported.
3. They may need to be challenged.
4. They may need to be inspired.

I am willing to be a visionary in the life of another person.
